6.2 Outputs
Outputs generated by the Services may be probabilistic and based on patterns in data. Neuralix does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of Outputs for any specific purpose.
You are responsible for independently validating Outputs before relying on them for business, operational, regulatory, or safety-critical decisions.
7. Confidentiality
Any non-public information disclosed by either party and marked or reasonably understood as confidential shall be protected using reasonable care and used solely for purposes related to the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURALIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
NEURALIX'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NEURALIX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuralix and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
